As a Senior Vice President with Bank of America, Janet worked one-on-one with executives to design and execute strategies that consistently exceeded profitability goals; coached emerging leaders through challenging transitions into roles of increased responsibility; and implemented large, enterprise-wide projects that significantly impacted the bottom line.
